MIDTOWN Holiday Home Tour

Midtown - 3965 N. Meridian Street

Two Historic Meridian Park Homes (including the infamous 'Tuckaway' home and a 'country estate' built by Howard van Doren Shaw who designed Vice President's Fairbank's mansion on Meridian at 29th St), two lovely Meridian Street properties and a newly-built Butler Tarkington home are being featured along with food and drink at the 8th Annual Midtown Holiday Home Tour.

This year's tour has something for everyone - after the success of last year, the Midtown Holiday Home Tour is bringing back free samples of local beers and hors d'oeuvres served up at each home to keep spirits merry and bright as you explore Midtown's gems.

Tour Homes:
Tuckaway | 3128 N. Pennsylvania Street (Tiny House Treats, Happy Brewing Co.)
3148 N. Pennsylvania Street (Gallery Pastry, Simplicity Holistic)
4000 N. Meridian Street, #8EF (Illinois Street Food Emporium, HoiTea ToiTea)
99 W. 54th Street (Vine & Table, Diavola)
4137 N. Meridian Street (Flat 12, Union Jack Pub)

This year they are excited to expand their selection of Food and Beverage Sponsors at the event. The vendors will change from Saturday to Sunday, but will be available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days.

The vendors include:
Tiny House Treats, Happy Brewing Co., Simplicity Holistic, Gallery Pastry, HoiTea ToiTea, Illinois Street Food Emporium, Diavola, Union Jack Pub, Vine & Table, and Flat 12.

Bring along your ID to partake in the beer and wine samples offered by Happy Brewing Co., Flat 12, and Vine & Table and be sure to stop by the vendors on your way out of each home for a unique taste of Midtown!

This year, the Midtown Holiday Home Tour is diving in to the history of the homes, especially at Tuckaway, the home of a famous palm reader in the 1930s. Attendees will be able to have their palms read by Yale Boman of Relevant Readings as they sip beer in the back garden.
