HUNI Annual Meeting

Keep Indianapolis Beautiful - 1029 Fletcher Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46203

All neighborhoods should send a rep to the HUNI Annual Meeting. At the end of the meeting, Neighborhoods will have the opportunity to make a two minute report on the latest happenings in their area as well as request insights from fellow attendees on neighborhood concerns or challenges. Neighborhoods should bring their annual dues of $15.
Featured Speaker this month— Joseph Jarzen,  Keep Indianapolis Beautiful
Joe Jarzen is the Vice President of Program Strategy for Keep Indianapolis Beautiful. He worked for Indiana Landmarks in their Eastern Regional Office for 10 years before coming to KIB in 2011. Joe oversees the Community Engagement, Volunteers, Native Landscapes Departments, as well as the GreenKids program and KIB's GIS efforts, all with a perspective on the organization's strategic direction and measuring its program's impact. He lives in Irvington with his wife and two daughters just a block off of Kessler's Pleasant Run Parkway.
Many of us are familiar with and have worked closely with this all-important neighborhood resource, from coordinating neighborhood cleanups to tree planting projects. Joe will give us an overview on all of the programs served and how KIB can assist your neighborhood. Joe will also have commentary on the impact of the 65/70 North Split expansion.
