HUNI Quarterly Meeting August 30

Our next quarterly HUNI meeting is Thursday, August 30th from 5:30-7:15pm in the Board Room of the Indiana Landmarks Center. (NOTE: This is a different date than the one published after our February meeting.) Marc Lotter, Director of Communications for the Mayor’s Office, will join us to discuss Mayor Ballard’s vision for Historic Neighborhoods. Over the past year we have heard the mayor begin to include comments on the economic value of preserving historic areas in some of his speeches. This should be a great program. We’ll also discuss updates which will soon be added to the HUNI website and introduce the Editorial Board Representatives responsible for working with each neighborhood to get your information posted on our website. As always each neighborhood representative will have an opportunity to report any news or calendar information to the group.
