National Preservation Guru Rypkema Gives Sneak Peek of Preservation’s Impact on Indy in Free Lecture

Nationally-recognized for his and his firm’s analytical research on the impacts of historic preservation, Rypkema will give a sneak peek of a recent study on preservation’s impact on Indy’s property values, economic values, cultural values, business values. The full study will be available early in 2018. “We’re learning and documenting more each year about the multiple ways historic buildings and neighborhoods add value to a city,” noted Rypkema.
