HUNI Holds Final Quarterly Meeting of 2014

On November 6th Neighborhood HUNI representatives met for their last quarterly meeting of 2014. Reps received a briefing on Plan 2020: The Bicentennial Plan for Indianapolis from Brad Beaubien, the Planning Administrator for the Department of Metropolitan Development at the City of Indianapolis, responsible for leading the long-range planning functions of the Department. Brad previously he served as Director of Ball State’s College of Architecture and Planning Indianapolis Center, a satellite outreach and education facility and home to the University’s Master of Urban Design program. Brad also founded Agora LLC, a sole proprietorship offering community planning, communication, and policy consulting services. HUNI reps from 12 historic neighborhoods reported upcoming events and activities. The Group also discussed the Billboard Ordiances coming before the City County Council in November.
